goto77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard industry requirement and is implemented to protect both Members and the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. goto77 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's processing times. 5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as a security measure against money laundering. goto77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard requests. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. 6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free bet credits that are not used within the promotional validity period specified in the promotion's terms will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Seasonal Promotions. goto77 may offer time-limited promotions tied to local Indonesian cultural events and sporting calendars, including periods such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments including BRI Liga 1, the AFF Cup, and the FIFA World Cup. All such promotions are subject to their individual terms and the general provisions of this section.
7.1 General. All bets placed on goto77 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that product, and these Terms govern all other matters.
